Description

Celebrate Black History Month and hear stories of African
Americans in Winchester. Panelists include Tommy Dixon, former coach and educator; Judy Humbert, co-author of History of Douglas School; and Candace Davenport, Winchester native and local bank manager.  Panel moderator: Miles K. Davis, PhD, Dean, Harry F. Byrd, Jr. School of Business, Shenandoah University.
