The Gathering Native American Festival

October 30 - November 1, 2015 • Clarke Co. Fairgrounds, Berryville, VA


The Gathering is about Native American people and neighbors Celebrating the Harvest with dance, regalia, story telling, and giving thanks - with an invitation for all to learn and participate.

Activities will include:

See Civil War artifacts and soldiers' graffiti, tour the office of a General, and pay respects to thousands of soldiers at their final resting place


Experience life during the war as a civilian, or follow the footsteps of a soldier into battle with a Civil War tour led by an experienced guide.

Each year, hundreds of thousands of people join together to celebrate the arrival of the apple blossoms and adorn the city in pink and green. Since its beginnings in 1924, the festival has grown over the years to a ten-day celebration with over 30 events, including two huge parades, a carnival, dances, concerts, a 10K race, wine festival, golf tournament, and so much more!
