Small Wedding? Formalities Bridal, 157 N. Loudoun St. Winchester, VA will rent you a bridal gown for 3 hours! The rental fee is $75.00 per gown with veil, available on select bridal gowns. Formalities can make a miniature wedding cake for $25.00. This is a 6 inch tall cake that serves two. Or, they can make a two tiered cake that will serve 10 people. While Virginia is for Lovers, Winchester-Frederick County is known as a choice destination for weddings. Whether it was for quick vows before a justice of the peace or an elegant ceremony, many folks from PA, MD, NY, WV, and Washington, D.C. married here.
