In celebration of Valentine’s Day Chef Barbara Hineline and Sommelier Debbie Hotinger of The Wine Mill will guide you in preparing a fresh 3-course Aphrodisiac dinner perfectly paired with amazing wines, designed to enhance romance. You will have hands on instruction, learn the art of Sous Vide Cooking, recipes, and a history on foods & their aphrodisiac properties!
1. Love Salad (Arugula, Warm Goats Cheese & Pomegranate Seeds) w/ Raspberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette
2. “Sous Vide” Sirloin Steaks with Pan Seared Scallops & Roasted Asparagus
