Chef Dan Kalber’s menu includes Virginia Peanut Soup, James River Day Oysters with Pickled Watermelon Rind Relish and Crispy Virginia Ham, Old Rag Trout Roulade with Chesapeake Blue Crab over Baby Potato Galette with Local Spinach and Hollandaise, Broiled Jennings Way Filet Mingon with Black Walnut Stuffing and Truffled Demi Glacé, and Southern Peach Crisp with Red Fox Creamery Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
