Willow Moon Farm Greenhouse Grand Opening

Join us for the GRAND OPENING of our greenhouse! We offer Certified Naturally Grown (non-GMO & pesticide free) fruit bushes, vegetables and herbs. We will also have our CNG eggs, dried herbs, preserves along with our skincare + soy candles available for purchase.

There will be our bottle fed baby goats and chicks out for you to see and pet, face paintings, farm tours and we will also have a food truck here for you and the whole family to enjoy.

You will receive a ticket when arriving for a basket giveaway that will include some our farm products along with our skincare & soy candles.

Live Music with Bryan Stutzman

Join us at Broken Window for a night with Bryan Stutzman! Singer and Guitarist Bryan will have you singing along with familiar tunes spanning generations. Bring the whole family down for pints, games, and popcorn. Show starts at 7pm

Olde Towne Halloween Faire

New Halloween event this year! Old Town businesses will be hosting games and treats starting at 4pm. Each participating shop will have a decorated storefront and a game of their own, such as mummy bowling and witches’ hat ring toss. After trick-or-treating, the faire will conclude with the movie “Hocus Pocus” at 7pm in the Taylor Pavilion.

6th Annual Parks and Pets Extravaganza

Join Frederick County Parks and Recreation for their 6th annual Parks and Pets Extravaganza on Saturday, October 5th from 10am-3pm. At their new location, Clearbrook Park, expect all kinds of activities for you and your pet including:

-Silent auction with proceeds benefiting the Frederick County Esther Boyd Animal Shelter

-Demos by the Frederick County Fire and Rescue and Frederick County Sheriff’s Office

-An assortment of food vendors

-Vendors for all your pets’ needs

-Honor Guard

-Halloween Pet Costume Parade

-And new this year: Dock Diving at the Clearbrook Pool!

This event is free to all and is family/pet friendly!

 

Solenberger’s True Value Hardware Car/Truck/Motorcycle Show

Come see the prettiest cars in the Shenandoah Valley and enjoy building community with your friends and neighbors. Registration from 9-12. $10 entry fee which goes to the Winchester Rescue Mission. Show open to all makes and models. Participant voting. Dash plaques to the first 100 registered. Trophies for the top 20 in both classes. First Class up to 1979, Second Class 1980 and up.
