APPLE PIE EATING CONTEST HOSTED BY WHITE HOUSE/NATIONAL FRUIT…What would an apple harvest festival be without the popular apple pie eating contest? On stage, Sunday at 3:00! Junior Pie Eating Contest is new this year.

Marker-Miller Peach Festival

Everything peaches! Peach cobbler, peach pie, peach turnovers, peach slushees, peach ice cream, and fresh peaches GALORE!!!! Enjoy music by Allen Boyd and The Waysiders from 1-3 P.M while sitting on the front porch or in the picnic pavilion. Blue Ridge Bar-B-Q and 3 Fires Oven Pizza will be serving food all day. We’ll have a variety of crafters/vendors here in front of the farm market and the kids can hop on the cow train for a ride and everyone can enjoy the scenic wagon ride around the farm.

Outdoor Movie Series: How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World

Returning for the summer of 2019 is a Winchester favorite: Family Movies on the Mall. Thanks to the support from Partlow Insurance and Erie Insurance, this family-friendly event remains free to attend at the historic Taylor Pavilion.

This event is a great opportunity to gather a blanket and boxed dinner and enjoy a night in Old Town under the stars while viewing blockbuster family hits. The movies will be screened by Winchester Parks and Recreation. Moviegoers are encouraged to bring seating.

Patriotic Celebration

Come join us in celebrating the official start of a new season and our country’s independence. Peaches and garden vegetables will be available in the farm market along with a large assortment of baked goods. Blue Ridge Bar-B-Que will be selling food all day. Enjoy a stroll around the farm or a scenic wagon ride and the kids can enjoy the playground or hop on the cow train.

Five of a Kind will be performing from 1:00-4:00. Don’t forget the strawberry or peach slushees, hand dipped ice cream and fresh made fudge.
