Beaujolais Nouveau And Cru Beaujolais

Every year, Nouveau Beaujolais is released on the same day all over the world. It originated about a century ago as an inexpensive and cheerful drink to celebrate the end of the harvest in Burgundy. This playful wine is made to drink now and we will! Also, offered that evening will be Cru Beaujolais’ which are made more traditionally and tend to be released a year or two later and do benefit from aging in the bottle. We will pair these wines with traditional fare served in France on this jam packed festival day. Fran Kysela of Kysela Pere et Fils, will be on hand along with Sommelier Christian Borel to take us on a journey of Beaujolais Discovery along with a harvest menu created by Chef Richard. 145.00 per person plus tax and gratuity

Wine Tasting

Celebrate 22 years in business with the Murphy Beverage Co. on Sunday November 3rd and Daylights Savings WINE!

Murphy’s is hosting another wine tasting with Brewbakers from 1-4pm.

They will feature 25+ wines and have light munchies available.

There will also be the chance to talk with industry folks.

$5.00 from every ticket will go to benefit the Youth Development Center.

Tickets will be available by Friday 10/18, they are $25.00, $20.00 for Platinum Wine Club Members and are non-refundable.

Everyday wines to fancy wines will be featured. Please make plans to join us, and don’t forget to fall back!

Ballroom Dancing Workshop at the Vineyard

Join us for a wonderful workshop of ballroom dancing at the vineyard with Freddie from Social Graces. This event is for those who have never had dance instruction and for those looking to improve your moves! Concluding the workshop enjoy a glass of wine as well as some small bites, all included in your price!
This is great event for a date night out!

$40/per person (includes 2 hour instruction, glass of wine, and small plate)

Food is prepared by R Roots Catering and menu is as follows:

Prosciutto-wrapped pears, salmon or grilled goat cheese crostini, endive salad bites with apple, blue cheese and pecans, and dessert.

WOFM Summer Harvest Festival and Vendor Fair

The market will be surrounded with mountains of delicious produce and vegetables, all grown and harvested at our family farm here in Winchester, Virginia!

Sweet Corn, Cantaloupes, Watermelons, Tomatoes, Peaches, Peppers, Onions, Apples, Squash, Zucchini, Green Beans, and SO MUCH MORE!

KIDS ACTIVITIES! Bounce house, Hayrides, Apple Cannon, Corn Maze, Combine Slides, Face Painting, and more!

Meal TBD in Courtyard, plus multiple food vendors and lots of delicious hot/cold options from our grill inside!

Backroom Blowout Wine Tasting

We all need a little boost in January, so Murphys did a little scheming with Brewbakers and we have come up with a blowout wine tasting on Sunday Jan. 27th from 1p-4p in their back room! Join us for 25+ wines, light fare, cheese and more. Tickets will be $25.00 with $5.00 from every ticket going to WATTS (Winchester Area Temporary Thermal Shelter).

You’ll get a commemorative glass, snackage & industry experts to talk with you about the wines. You’ll have the chance as well to buy the wines (many at discounts). Every table will have a high end treat or two for you to sample as well. This ain’t no grocery store tasting! Details on purchasing tickets coming real soon. Brewbakers is located at 168 N. The Manor House Experience

An experience not to be missed! Valerie Hill Vineyard & Winery and Village Square Restaurant present The Manor House Experience. This event is a must for foodies and fans of the paranormal alike. The evening intertwines a five course Southern inspired dinner including wine pairings with a much more personal interpretation of Valerie Hill’s popular History & Hauntings paranormal presentation.

Chef Dan Kalber’s menu includes Virginia Peanut Soup, James River Day Oysters with Pickled Watermelon Rind Relish and Crispy Virginia Ham, Old Rag Trout Roulade with Chesapeake Blue Crab over Baby Potato Galette with Local Spinach and Hollandaise, Broiled Jennings Way Filet Mingon with Black Walnut Stuffing and Truffled Demi Glacé, and Southern Peach Crisp with Red Fox Creamery Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

This intimate evening, limited to only 16 guests on only two dates, will be hosted by Valerie Hill’s proprietors and quite possibly one of Valerie Hill’s resident ghosts. Don’t miss this unforgettable Manor House Experience!

Join the Murphy Beverage Company & LK Wine Tours and Sales at the Hilton Garden Inn for an Iberian Wine Dinner. Executive Chef Jessamy Oxley will pair her dishes with the wines of Portugal & Spain.
