Peach Festivals

This month we celebrate peaches! Join us for three peach festivals at our local farm markets - West Oaks Farm Market (August 6), Marker-Miller Farm Market (August 13) and Richard's Fruit Market (August 21). There will be delicious BBQ, live music, kids' activities, and of course, peaches and peach treats!

New! Fiddles & Fifths

in Old Town Winchester

Get ready for a brand new bluegrass and bourbon event, the Fiddles & Fifths Festival. This event is a tribute to the Appalachian tradition of bluegrass music and the homegrown taste of Virginia bourbon. This FREE street festival event brings world-class musical performances to our own backyard block party!

Headliner performances will include acclaimed African-American string band EBONY HILLBILLIES and celebrated New Jersey septet RAILROAD EARTH, as well as local opener acts DUNLAP & MABE and LOW RIVER EXPRESS.

Route 11 Yard Crawl

August 13

The Route 11 Yard Crawl is over 40 miles of yard sales along scenic Route 11 on August 14! Check out one of our most unusual and quirky events, full of treasures and unique finds.

Belle Grove Wine Fest

August 27

Enjoy a day of live music, delicious foods, artisan vendors and tastings of wine, cider, mead, and whiskey. Tickets are available to purchase online and in person at the Winchester-Frederick County Visitors Center.
